Your driver should quickly get very skilled. My first drivers quickly became more skilled than myself. I made millions quickly. The skilled drivers i have usually bring around 20 to 30k per job i think. Since now i have about 15 garages full of them, everytime i quick travel a long distance i earn about 2 millions
how do i figure out what each driver is making me in profit for each trip and for the week
If you have the F3 window open, you will see when your driver finishes a job that you will get a little money. It will scroll a message at the bottom of the F3 window.
I hired him a while ago but all he is making around 1K I don't get why so little most other delivers I do at least worth 5K is there a mod that increases the money he earns but nothing extreme so it makes the game boring
You inly need the .dds file in the 'driver' folder, as long as you use one of the filenames that exist in the default folder in base.scs because the tobj and mat files associated with the dds file don't need to change. For example, I changed one of the driver photos (0.dds) and make a folder structure, thus: material\ui\driver\0.dds
The hired drivers have basic Iveco truck with base parts. I read giving them upgraded truck does very little to profit (10% at most), so I see it as something for end game. I was considering giving them flatbed or curtainsider trailers, because it seems the loss the most money when using low bed or low loader trailers.
Upgrading worker's truck has to reset some algorithms, temporarily decreasing income. Technically yes, but the difference is insignificant. At early stages (when you would most need a boost) your hired driver levels are so low, profit per haul is also low and adding a few percent on top doesn't matter.
Is anyone else who is using the Hungary map, having a problem with their hired Drivers? my Drivers are continually losing money on most jobs and I am losing money, instead of making a profit, can anyone help me please? Am I doing something wrong?
Have patience, as your drivers accumulate more job miles they will level-up and make more money per job. My top drivers make something like 20K to 26K per job, that's for 5.2 and 5.8 level drivers. My newest drivers often make -500 job runs. Yes, that means it cost me 500 for that job - no profit at all.
My tactics for this is to get about 100k in cash, then additional 400k loan. Buy single garage expansion, hire 2 drivers with cheapest Iveco (92k each). If you have enough money you can try big garage and more drivers+truck, Do not buy own truck yet - spend allcash on drivers with trucks.
Like I hired total noobs and they make like 3 euromoneys per day. Do they get any better? I make 14000 per day. Giriş Yap Mağaza
My two top drivers were hired together early in the game. One drives a Renault Magnum with its highest power engine in a 4x2 chassis. The other driver drives a Volvo 6x4 with 750HP. Both drivers are now level 6.2 skills. The Renault driver ALWAYS earns more per week and per mile than the Volvo driver.
The Pitts Oct 29, 2017 @ 5:51am. Your hired hands do not use the Freight Market for their jobs and the number of companies in a city makes no difference to how well those drivers perform. Put three drivers in Bern and three in Berlin (or indeed Montpelier) and they will develop at the same rate and achieve a similar profit per diem given the
I've had drivers get negative pay for trips before but barca seems terrible. My drivers are already at 4.2 rating but still they make negative profit from barcelona to basically anywhere practically every trip and then don't find anything on the return also almost every time. Anyone else have this so bad there or anywhere else? I'd expect in cities with only one or two companies but not one
