I had the same on Warzone - the intro music as you walk triggered something. Definitely not correct as I too had streamer mode plus I've made literally hundreds of warzone vids without issue. I have since reduced the intro music to around level 10 out of a hundred and drop over a generic track. Hasn't happened since. But yes it can and does happen. For some reason whenever I use sound boxes on my maps to change the ambient sound in certain areas of my map it loops the Audio continuously. You can hear the background noise resetting every time my character moves and it only plays normally when I’m standing still. I’ve tweaked just about every setting I can and still can’t solve the issue.
