Re: Discovery 3 starting problems. Unfortunately it's a fault finding process that one has to go through. I't sounds like the battery, start there, doesn't cost you anything to have it tested and you don't have to do anything (don't have to remove anything) If it's not the battery, then remove the starter and have that checked, also not to hard

Literally a few minutes work, look down either side where the egr flex pipe meets the egr valve, see the flange held on with two bolts? remove both bolts, lift the flange up and slide the blanks in, refit bolts and tighten job done, might need slightly longer bolts, the blanks wont be noticed for mot, no warnings will qD3vj.
